About the Event

It is with great pleasure that we welcome five new neutrals to our local panel in 2018. Please join me in welcoming Judge Ronald Cox, Judge Helen Halpert, Judge Richard McDermott, Judge Jeffrey Ramsdell, and Judge Michael Trickey. Join us on November 1 for an Ethics CLE and cocktail networking reception where you can meet our new additions along with other members of our esteemed panel and local attorneys.

Ethical Dilemmas in ADR
Advocacy and zealous representation of clients can sometimes create challenging or conflicting situations. Led by three experienced JAMS panelists, this program will explore the ethical boundaries of those situations and will give practical tips on dealing with them.
