JAMS has been shortlisted for the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge award at this year’s GAR awards for introducing an optional diversity and inclusion rider to its standard arbitration clauses and appointing a diversity programme manager.
The 10th Annual GAR Awards Ceremony is taking place on Thursday, April 2nd at the InterContinental in Paris. On the night, GAR will reveal the top 30 arbitration practices from across the globe; unveil the shortlist winners comprised of leading individuals, firms and jurisdictional awards and will culminate in a lifetime achievement award for an exceptional and admired individual. The ceremony will include a networking drinks reception and three course seated dinner.
