This session will examine mediation as an informal resolution process and compare it to adjudicative hearings as a resolution process. The session will explore the qualities of decision makers, the use of experienced neutrals, issues of credibility, and hypothetical cases. It is intended to be interactive and audience participation will be encouraged.
