Virtual Litigation… NOW: Trial examinations, mediations and focus groups …remotely?

In order to move cases forward we must consider the use of remote options for parts of our practice that have traditionally been face-to-face. This session will address practical application of videoconferencing technology for use in: 1) TRIAL EXAMINATIONS: what differentiates these distanced examinations from a simple deposition? 2) CASE RESOLUTION: how are remote MEDIATIONS done? Are they effective? 3) PREPPING FOR TRIAL: what about virtual FOCUS GROUPS. how do those really work? How do we prepare? Are they effective?
