For those looking to stay up to date in the dynamic areas of cannabis and hemp law, learn more about the failures of cannabis legalization, or hear about the emerging world of psilocybin and psychedelics law, the OSB Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Section’s Third Annual Northwest Cannabis Law Institute will be full of comprehensive presentations and updates covering a broad array of topics.

Friday’s program will be focus on agricultural liens and receiverships, securities, and hemp and OLCC updates.

Saturday’s program will address cutting edge issues concerning psilocybin as well as the failures of cannabis legalization, and attorney ethics issues pertaining to conflicts.
