This program is presented by the Real Estate Law & Mediation Sections. The Real Estate Section covers all areas of interest to real estate practitioners including acquisition; finance; leasing; eminent domain; and land use (including zoning, Coastal Commission, and CEQA compliance). The Mediation Section deals with mediation and other alternative dispute resolution matters, and transcends all substantive practice boundaries.
