FTI Consulting and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators are excited to host a debate discussing the motion “At least one member of three-member arbitral tribunals should be a non-lawyer with experience in the subject matter of the dispute”.
JAMS neutral, Jeffrey G. Benz, Esq., FCIArb, FCollArb, CEDS, will join a panel of debaters for an evening consisting of a 30-minute debate, followed by a 30-minute discussion with input from the judges and a networking session to conclude with drinks and canapes.
