JAMS panelist Gary Birnberg, Esq., FCIArb will be a featured speaker at the 24th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in Lisbon, Portugal.
Mr. Birnberg is the co-organizer, co-host, and co-moderator of the IBA Mediation Committee breakfast, taking place at 7:30AM on April 14th, 2023.
This session will consider the Arbitration Day theme from another dynamic: how mediation serves as an evergreen, legitimacy enduring platform, one that is central to maintaining international relations and resolving conflict.
