Jeane Struck, Esq. Joins JAMS in San Francisco

New Panelist Announcement

San Francisco – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Jeane Struck, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Struck will be based in San Francisco and will hear cases throughout Northern California. She will serve as a mediator in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Construction Defect, Government/Public Agency, Personal Injury/Torts, Professional Malpractice and Real Property.

Ms. Struck has experience with a wide variety of cases involving architects and engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, property managers, businesses, public entities, sports organizations, athletes, physicians, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists and other health industry professionals.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Struck has developed a particular expertise in medical and psychotherapy issues. This enables her to provide an evaluative look into personal injury, medical malpractice and other health services professional liability matters. Ms. Struck previously served as a settlement conference judge and arbitrator for the Santa Cruz County Superior Court. She has also served as a settlement conference panelist for the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts.

Ms. Struck received her B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. She is currently a member of the law firm Severson & Werson in San Francisco.
