When thinking about mediation as an alternative method of dispute resolution, companies often wonder whether mediation is a proper process for their disputes.  In particular, in disputes involving big companies and a big amount of money, the relevant question is: Is mediation structured enough to solve the dispute?  What about discovery and other guaranties that you have in arbitration or court?  The Conference aims at determining whether mediation is the right process for commercial disputes of any size.
