JAMS arbitrators work with JAMS International Arbitration Rules as well as the rules of any major institution.
JAMS has collaborated with The New York Arbitration Center (NYIAC) to enhance international arbitration in New York.
This partnership enables NYIAC to utilize JAMS' New York Resolution Center for international arbitrations and jointly develop events for the arbitration community.
