Michael Getty, Uniform Law Commissioner from Chicago, Illinois will be the telephonic guest speaker. Mr. Getty is a national expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a full time mediator and arbitrator. He was chair of the drafting committee for the Uniform Mediation Act.
