About the Event

Join us for a unique, interactive workshop focused on the mediation of disability discrimination disputes through a discussion of hypotheticals. Our panel includes a JAMS mediator, in-house counsel as well as a plaintiff and defense attorney discussing how to evaluate and resolve thorny disability related issues including: essential functions, “reasonable accommodation,” medical leaves of absence and misconduct.
