About the Event

JAMS and CIETAC neutrals will co-host a roundtable to discuss the latest developments in Entertainment, Sports and Intellectual Property Disputes with some of Beijing’s top lawyers, in-house counsel and legal academics. Topics to be discussed include the intersection between ADR and Intellectual Property in the entertainment and sports industries, how international arbitration can play a role with Sino-American copyright disputes and what opportunities exist for ADR in the increasingly lucrative field of Chinese professional sports. JAMS Executive Director of Arbitration Robert Davidson will be speaking together with JAMS neutrals Jeffrey Benz, Barbara Reeves and David Huebner.
