Arbitration CLE Panel & Lunch

A panel of experienced global arbitration advocates and senior in-house counsel, moderated by JAMS Neutral Robert B. Davidson, Esq., FCIArb will examine the kinds of M&A and financial transaction disputes commonly seen in arbitration.

The panel will discuss differences in approach between domestic and international M&A cases, and delve into the considerations corporate users weigh when opting for arbitration. Panelists also will turn their attention to clauses limiting disclosure and/or specific categories of damages, and to current legal developments that affect the arbitration of these claims. A boxed lunch will be provided.
