CAD brings together scholars, practitioners, arbitrators, judges, and students for an annual discussion about the challenges that drive the international arbitration community.

Focusing on what makes international arbitration a unique field for legal innovation, this year's conference theme is "Breaking New Ground in International Arbitration". Prominent speakers from all over the world will come together to discuss cutting-edge topics in the field (including arbitration under “One Belt One Road”, technology in arbitration, ethical issues faced by counsel in proceedings, arbitration as a forum for human rights & environmental disputes and arbitrator diversity).
