This two-part panel will look at virtual arbitrations from the perspective of the lawyers, clients, and arbitrators, with a particular focus on two issues: (a) how to effectively conduct a virtual arbitration, including best practices and common pitfalls; and (b) whether virtual arbitration proceedings will outlast the pandemic and become the new normal, either in whole or part.
