2022 Partners in Progress Conference

Presented by The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA)

A successful future requires labor and management to work together toward common goals. To do that, we need strong leaders who can build coalitions; who have the knowledge and skills to understand the needs and opportunities of where the construction industry is headed in the next 5, 10 and 20 years; and be willing to capitalize on the best practices of the industry. Above all, the future requires recruiting and retaining the best, most skilled workers into the industry. Partners in Progress 2022 is designed around the skills and knowledge necessary to meet these needs. We look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas on March 1 & 2, 2022!
