Artificial intelligence is developing at turbo-speed, with advances in technology allowing us to use AI in ways previously unimagined – from real-time speech translation, to finding the best place for astronauts to walk on the Moon. The way that AI uses pre-existing data to create content and the subsequent ownership of that content pose complicated new challenges for IP practitioners.
