18th Annual Leading Arbitrators’ Symposium on the Conduct of International Arbitration

JAMS Shelby Grubbs, Esq. will join the Leading Arbitrators’ Symposium on the Conduct of International Arbitration as faculty for the 2023 event.

This four-panel program will feature leading arbitration practitioners and scholars who will tackle important questions about the changing dynamics of international arbitration. Shelby, with fellow international arbitration practitioners, Mark Morril and Professor Patricia Shaughnessy, will participate in the Working Session I panel on “Initial Organization of the Arbitral Proceeding and Pre-Hearing Activities” at 9 a.m.
