China Roundtable

Presented by AABANY Asia Practice Committee & Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee

Join JAMS neutral Chris M. Kwok, Esq. as he moderates a roundtable of law professionals, academics, and business leaders to focus on China and engage in an in-depth and open discussion on current and emerging legal and economic issues between China and the U.S. This roundtable will explore topics such as cross-border investments, dispute resolution, the impact of China’s lift of its zero-COVID policy on business operations as well as opportunities across the region. Participants will have the opportunity to share their insights and experiences, as well as ask questions and challenge assumptions in a collegial and respectful atmosphere.

AABANY Asia Practice Committee and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee will be hosting at JAMS New York Resolution Center on May 19th and will serve light food and refreshments. The registration fee is $25 for AABANY members, and $35 for non-AABANY members.
