JAMS is pleased to support the Atlanta International Arbitration Society's 12th Annual Conference October 2-4, 2023 and hosted on-site by Kilpatrick Townsend, Smith Gambrell & Troutman Pepper. This year's annual meeting will feature JAMS neutral Shelby Grubbs who will facilitate the session, "Has Arbitration Lost Its Edge, and If So, How Do We Fix It? The Length and Costs of International Arbitration Proceedings" at 3:40 p.m. on October 2.; and Patricia Thompson who will facilitate the session, "Recent Developments in Construction Arbitration" at 4:50, also on October 2.
