During lunch, JAMS neutral Hon. Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.) will share insights and best practices for a successful mediation. After serving 20 years on the bench of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, including seven years as Chief Judge, he gained deep experience in a number of areas especially IP litigation involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and a wide variety of other technologies.
