JAMS Chicago panelists Hon. Anna H. Demacopoulos(Ret.) and Hon. James E. Snyder (Ret.) will be featured speakers at the 2024 Judicial Efficiency: Mediation or Litigation? hybrid event on Thursday, May 23 hosted by The Chicago Bar Association.
The CBA Commercial Litigation Committee’s seminar will explore the concept of judicial efficiency within the context of both Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation. The seminar will consist of a presentation on the when, what, and how of mediation and arbitration by a panel of JAMS Neutrals and former judges; Q&A panel focused on efficient and effective methods of case resolution by a panel of Cook County Circuit Court and US District Court judges; and an Illinois Legislative Update.
