This program brings together three vastly different perspectives on legal issues affecting your furry, scaly, and feathered friends. Judge Jackson Lucky (Ret.), and his fellow panelists will provide their perspectives as judge, mediator, and family law attorney, respectively, to discuss their experience, insights, and recommendation on the cross-field legal issues that affect pets, including: pet custody; “pet-nuptual” agreements; pet-related tort liability, and more.
