JAMS Chicago panelist Hon. James E. Snyder (Ret.) will be a featured speaker at the 2024 Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Disputes Committee Seminar on Tuesday, June 11 hosted by The Chicago Bar Association.
Judge Sherlock, Supervising Judge of the Law Division's Commercial Litigation Section, and Judge Snyder (Ret.), JAMS Neutral, will discuss the connection between active litigation case management and mediation or arbitration in business dissolution and partnership disputes.
