JAMS neutral Genesis Fisher, Esq. will moderate a zoom webinar hosted by the New York Law School on January 30. This annual event explores the reasons why, in a diverse economy driven by diverse participants, the practice of arbitration and mediation has been persistently homogeneous. Participants will examine approaches that can accomplish the goal of ADR neutrals’ reflecting the diversity of the disputants with whom they work.
