“Employment Mediation: Challenges for Neutrals”

This program will provide neutrals and attorneys with key insights on successfully navigating the mediation of employment disputes with its unique challenges. The panelists will address the topics of: access to mediation, managing the emotions of mediation participants and trauma-informed practices, as well as techniques for handling conflict between attorneys and their clients in mediation.
