SAN FRANCISCO – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Adrienne Publicover, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Publicover will be based in the JAMS San Francisco Resolution Center and will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Health Care, Insurance, Personal Injury/Torts and Securities.
Throughout her 25-year career, Ms. Publicover has counseled domestic insurers and brokers in litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. Her robust docket included life, health and disability claims, ERISA matters, property damage, coverage issues, employment and personal injury claims. Along the way, she tried numerous cases to verdict and successfully negotiated thousands of disputes to resolution. She also has significant experience within the London market managing a variety of claim, litigation and coverage matters. From 2011-2016, she also taught the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations to the London Market at Lloyd’s.
As a strategic advocate, Ms. Publicover would spend equal time assessing the strengths and weaknesses in her cases. This allowed her to honestly and accurately value those matters, earning the trust of her insurance industry clients. At the same time, her integrity garnered the respect of her adversaries.
“Adrienne is widely respected by both sides of the bar,” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “She adds value to the ADR process by credibly evaluating disputes on behalf of all parties and building the bridges necessary to achieve resolution. We’re thrilled to have her join our panel in San Francisco.”
“I have always approached everything I do with passion, creativity and commitment,” said Ms. Publicover. “I look forward to bringing the same level of energy and enthusiasm to my practice at JAMS and working with parties to resolve their disputes.”
Ms. Publicover received her B.S. with honors from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law.
