MIAMI – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Gary Birnberg, Esq. Mr. Birnberg will be based in the JAMS Miami Resolution Center and serve as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Class Action/Mass Tort, Construction, Employment, Financial Markets, Intellectual Property, Professional Liability and Real Property.
Mr. Birnberg is a thought leader and practitioner of commercial dispute resolution. He is a Florida Supreme Court-certified Circuit and Appellate mediator, who is admitted to the Bar in four U.S. states. He’s dedicated more than 20 years to management consulting and entrepreneurship and has worked in more than 20 industries in 14 countries. He has served as mediator or arbitrator in hundreds of commercial or international conflicts.
Mr. Birnberg previously served as a member of dispute resolution panels of 10 institutions throughout Brazil, France and United States. Mr. Birnberg is Secretary-Treasurer of the IBA Mediation Committee, a frequent speaker at conferences, university lecturer, competition judge and coach and advocate of expanded and innovative uses of mediation.

Mr. Birnberg earned his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He also earned his M.B.A. from INSEAD, a business school in France. Mr. Birnberg is fluent in English, French and Portuguese and conversational in Italian and Spanish.
