New panelist joins JAMS as a mediator and arbitrator handling employment disputes

New Panelist Announcement

San Diego - JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Abby B. Silverman, Esq., to its panel. Ms. Silverman specializes in discrimination, retaliation, employment agreement, wrongful termination, founder/company, competition, corporate governance, and trade secret and confidential information controversies.

Based in the San Diego Resolution Center, Ms. Silverman will serve as an arbitrator and mediator, handling employment matters.

Through her previous experience, Ms. Silverman has proved the many ways to be an effective and efficient problem-solver. We know she will be a great addition and are pleased to have her join the panel in San Diego.

Prior to JAMS, Ms. Silverman had a long, successful litigation career at an international law firm, where her practice spanned a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, staffing, hospitality, retail and real estate. She has worked over a decade as a full-time ADR professional, resolving by arbitration or mediation a full range of employment and related business disputes.  

Throughout the years, I have gained a great deal of experience, specifically with employment disputes. I am told I am fair-minded and decisive, and come well-prepared for every matter, no matter the complexity. I am very eager to begin this new role as a neutral at JAMS.

Ms. Silverman received her B.A. from Wellesley College, and her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law.
