Ann T. Marshall, Esq., Joins JAMS in Seattle

Experienced trial lawyer will serve as a mediator and arbitrator

New Panelist Announcement

Seattle – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Ann T. Marshall, Esq., to its panel. Ms. Marshall brings more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer. She represented multiple Fortune 100 companies, working in conjunction with their in-house legal teams, as well as individuals involved in litigation, and handled complex, multi-party cases through trial and appeal in state and federal courts.

Based in the Seattle Resolution Center, Ms. Marshall will serve as mediator and arbitrator, handling real estate, banking, construction, insurance, professional liability and bankruptcy matters.

Ms. Marshall is known as a problem solver who brings broad and extensive experience with her in this new role as a panelist at JAMS. We look forward to seeing her thrive alongside the other talented neutrals on the panel in Seattle.

In 2012, Ms. Marshall completed mediation training at the top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, demonstrating her dedication to honing her skills and understanding the field of mediation. In addition, she has deep experience in commercial finance, consumer lending, and title insurance. Ms. Marshall was the managing partner of her prior law firm’s Seattle office, responsible for litigated cases in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska.

I believe that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all method to resolving disputes and have developed my skills over the years to help parties achieve settlement. I am eager to begin this new chapter in my career and bring what I’ve learned to this new role as a neutral.

Ms. Marshall earned her A.B. at the University of Michigan and her J.D., with honors, at Florida State University College of Law.
