Hon. Jonathan C. Peters has substantial experience as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide variety of disputes including complex and high stakes cases. Because of his ADR skills and his experience, both as a former DeKalb County Superior Court Judge and as a litigator who has represented plaintiffs and defendants in hundreds of jury trials, many attorneys seek him out to mediate or arbitrate their cases.
