This three-person panel will cover a wide range of legal issues and developments relating to privacy in the workplace from the viewpoint of plaintiff and defense attorneys, as well as the mediator/arbitrator. Topics will include ownership of company-affiliated social media accounts created by an employee who later leaves, use of private versus company technology, and implications of using GPS data to track employees using company-owned technology.
