Ronald Ravikoff, Esq. has been a JAMS neutral since 2012 and been on the American Healthcare Lawyers Association panel of neutrals since 2014. He is Certified Florida Mediator and a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
Mr. Ravikoff has years of experience in mediation, arbitration, complex litigation, and dispute counseling. His dispute resolution practice focuses on complex commercial matters with a particular emphasis on matters involving healthcare, parallel civil and criminal proceedings including False Claims Act matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, antitrust and trade regulation, class actions, financial institution litigation, securities litigation and regulatory proceedings, and trade secrets matters. He is a retired senior litigation partner of Akerman Senterfitt. Prior to Akerman, he was the Managing Partner of the Miami office of Zuckerman Spaeder for over 25 years.
