The Business Case for Diversity MCLE Program

A lack of workforce diversity can harm your organization in a number of ways, including having a negative impact on the bottom line. This panel of legal industry leaders, moderated by California Minority Counsel Program Executive Director Robert White on Tuesday, January 19, will discuss and explore how diversity is a key element in the business objectives of employers.

JAMS Chief Marketing Officer Mark Smalls will join the panel with Gateway One Lending & Finance Chief Legal Officer Jennifer Ishiguro, Crowell & Moring L.A. office Managing Partner Jason Murray, and Fish & Tsang Managing Partner Mei Tsang.

The complimentary program, co-sponsored by CMCP and the Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law, will run from 11:45 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear. Lunch and one hour of elimination of bias MCLE credit will be provided.
