Melissa Lelaind

Melissa Lelaind is a Vice President of Operations at JAMS. Ms. Lelaind joined JAMS in 2008 as the Business Manager of the Silicon Valley office. Her responsibilities and roles have expanded from General Manager of the East Bay and Silicon Valley markets to now overseeing business development, client relations, and operations in Northern California. Prior to JAMS, she worked at a large law firm and the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California.

Ms. Lelaind is actively involved in DEI efforts within the organization. She co-leads the JAMS DEI Advisory Group, co-chairs the JAMS Diversity Outreach Committee, and leads the AAPI Employee Resource Group at JAMS. She is also a member of various affinity bar associations and organizations both locally and nationally.

Ms. Lelaind serves as a board member of Legal Access Alameda. She was named one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2023 Women of Influence.
