Tracy Curry

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

    Tracy Curry is a member of the JAMS senior management team and represents the human resources (HR) department in the firm’s organizational strategy. Curry joined JAMS in 2022, after more than two decades working in various HR roles across multiple industries.

    Curry leads all aspects of the HR function, including organizational development, workforce planning and utilization, talent and performance management, compensation, benefits and rewards, change management, succession planning, HR systems, employee relations and global staffing. At JAMS, the HR department serves the important role of ensuring associates are supported from day one with a deep understanding of JAMS’ corporate values, culture, ethics, history and more.

    Curry joined JAMS from City National Bank, where she held the role of senior vice president of human resources. Among other functions, her focus was on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including serving as co-chair for the company’s Women’s Network. She also represented HR on an award-winning return-to-office cross-functional team that assisted in the facilitation of crisis management and incident assessment.

    Curry received her B.S. in hotel administration and human relations from Cornell University.
