Counsel Comments
“Mr. Taylor is most importantly a wonderful person. He worked nights and weekends towards resolution. He made sure he understood the facts and evidence. There is not another mediator on the planet who could have successfully mediated the case that Mr. Taylor resolved. I look forward to working together again in the future.”
"I have turned to Bernard Taylor to help resolve some of my most difficult cases, and his grace and calm approach always helps to keep the parties at the mediation table. Bernard digs into all sides of every case well before mediation, but his super power is honing in on the below-the-surface issues that so often plague the mediation process. I would recommend Bernard for any case, but particularly those where the parties have been unsuccessful with other attempts at mediation since he will stay with the case until it is resolved."
"I've had the privilege of knowing Bernard Taylor for many years. Not only was he a talented litigator, a fact I've witnessed firsthand, but I've also come to discover his innate prowess as a mediator. Bernard has an astute ability to swiftly discern the heart of any case and fully comprehend the varying stances of involved parties. Remarkably, he has this knack for guiding parties towards mutual understanding. If I were to pick one word to encapsulate Bernard's mediation style, it would be ‘intuitive.’"
"We had a serious injury case with complicated issues that had already made their way to the court of appeals and back down. We also had a failed mediation with a different mediator. Both parties agreed to attempt resolution one last time, and we determined that Bernard was the mediator for the job. He did not disappoint. He was thoroughly prepared, professional, and perhaps most importantly, relatable. I look forward to mediating with him in the future."
“Bernard Taylor is an absolute pleasure to work with. His skills as one of the best trial lawyers of our time gave him the ability to not only identify solutions to very complex legal issues, but also the savvy experience to understand how the evidence would be received by jurors at trial – and then explain the risk to both sides in a way that left all convinced the case should settle that day. And it did.”
