Hon. Regina Cahan (Ret.) is a mediator, arbitrator and discovery master at JAMS, bringing a wealth of experience from her 14-year tenure on the King County Superior Court and as a prosecutor in the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Her diverse practice spans employment, personal injury, commercial and family law cases. With both a J.D. and a master's degree in social work, Judge Cahan was deeply impacted by previous roles, which included running incest survivor groups, providing counseling at rape crisis centers and supporting battered women's shelters. This background has honed her empathetic listening skills and ability to manage emotionally charged situations.
