Terrence Lee Croft has successfully resolved more than 3,500 disputes as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide array of matters including business, contract, construction, employment, healthcare, insurance, personal injury, professional liability and probate disputes.

Mr. Croft has been selected twice as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Georgia, selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer every year since 2005, selected twice as one of the Best Lawyers in America in ADR, selected as Best Lawyers' Atlanta Arbitration "Lawyer of the Year" for 2018, and selected as Best Lawyers' Atlanta Mediation "Lawyer of the Year" for 2022.

A leader in the legal community, Mr. Croft is a Founding Member of the Georgia Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators, a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, and a Fellow in the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. He is also registered as a neutral in arbitration, mediation, and early neutral evaluation with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. He is a Past President of the Atlanta Bar Association and its Foundation and has chaired its Dispute Resolution Lawyers Section and its Litigation Section. Mr. Croft has also served as Chair of the Dispute Resolution Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and has served on the State Bar's Board of Governors. He has served in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association.
