The American Bar Association has designated the third week in October as Mediation Week, a celebration of the strides we have made in institutionalizing mediation as one of several appropriate dispute resolution processes. Each year, JAMS and other Chicagoland ADR organizations gather during mediation week to offer participants an opportunity to learn about the variety of organizations working in ADR, ask questions and discuss ideas and issues in a relaxed and informal environment. |
