Event Mediation: What Should I Really Be Doing?

Join the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) and JAMS at noon on Wednesday, October 12th for a discussion with some of Dallas’s most respected mediators on effective mediation strategies.

This CLE will focus on the best practices for preparing your case for mediation, how to approach the mediation itself, and how to use your mediator after mediation.

This CLE is co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution as part of Mediation Week, which focuses on providing neutral advocates and policy makers with inspiration and tools necessary to bridge the gap that often prevents amicable resolution of disputes.
