Presented By: American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources

About the Event

Green building and sustainable development are two subjects that send even the most hard-boiled construction lawyers running for cover! The Forum on Construction Law’s 2017 Midwinter Meeting co-sponsored with the Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources will arm you with what you need to know to advise your clients about changes in this growing field and to avoid traps for the unwary.

In the opening plenary, you will hear from three prominent industry and thought leaders who will discuss environmental issues affecting today’s projects, best practices for resolving them, and where the industry is heading. The following sessions feature not only Forum and SEER lawyers, but also industry professionals to guide you through a comprehensive discussion of a broad range of environmental topics affecting you and your clients.
