About the Event Please join us for the MMLA’s seventh annual update on public construction issues. Our panel of experienced construction practitioners will discuss various recent topics of interest in the field, including an update from the Attorney General’s Office on prevailing wage/public construction and related enforcement issues, the latest developments on risk allocation issues, Construction Manager at Risk project strategies and lessons learned, best practices for a successful construction project from the contractor’s perspective, suggestions for how to best try a construction case from a retired Superior Court judge, and other recent trends in construction litigation. The program will be followed by dinner and MMLA’s Annual Business Meeting. The registration fee includes written materials distributed at the conference. |
