USC Gould and JAMS are pleased to invite you to the Second Annual Judith O. Hollinger Program ADR Symposium. The symposium features preeminent scholars and practitioners in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) who will explore significant developments that affect ethical issues pertaining to both domestic and international arbitration and mediation. Participants and attendees will include ADR practitioners, ADR panel administrators and managers, litigators, judges and members of the academic community.
