AAML-IL Annual Columbus Day Seminar 2018 for Experienced Matrimonial Lawyers

Presented by The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - Illinois Chapter

About the Event

The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - Illinois Chapter presents their annual Columbus Day Seminar, powered by IICLE, which will again address critical changes to family law practice in Illinois. With a distinguished faculty of AAML Fellows and other prominent guest speakers, this year's program will bring you up to date on case law, legislative, tax and collaborative rule changes and will address other important family law topics, including impending maintenance changes and ethically utilizing social media and web-based marketing. Learn from a panel of mediators about the value of lawyer-assisted mediation in family law cases, and from guest speakers about effectively handling cases involving undocumented clients or those who have suffered from trauma.
