Topics to be explored include: Discussion of new CA Rules of Professional Conduct, relevant ethical codes under ABA Model Rules, Business & Professional Codes, best practices for navigating ethical dilemmas in mediation from the perspective of retired judicial officers, and review of relevant case law.
