About the EventA Regional CLE Program addressing distinct current developing issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Biotech Litigation including jury selection, trends in mass torts/device litigation, the impact of certain product technology advances, e-discovery, multi-district litigation management, settlement and civility. CreditThe ABA will seek 10.5 CLE credit hours (including 2.25 ethics hours and 1.0 technology hour) in 60-minute states, and 12.6 CLE credit hours (including 2.7 ethics hours and 1.25 technology hours) in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. |
