This breakfast seminar is part of the 27th Annual Fordham Law School Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference and brings together a panel of experts to discuss how arbitration and mediation can be used to help resolve Intellectual Property disputes.
Topics covered will include: drafting effective dispute resolution clauses, and ways to adapt processes according to the nature of the dispute and the needs of the parties. The seminar will be moderated by Richard Price and feature speakers who are specialists in IP dispute prevention, management, and resolution, including Hon. Garrett E. Brown, Jr. (Ret.).
