About the EventThis breakfast seminar is part of the 27th Annual Fordham Law School Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference and brings together a panel of experts to discuss how arbitration and mediation can be used to help resolve Intellectual Property disputes. Topics covered will include: drafting effective dispute resolution clauses, and ways to adapt processes according to the nature of the dispute and the needs of the parties.
